Sometimes (well all the time to be honest) lower ABV pale ales don’t seem to get judged on merit versus their higher alcohol brethren.

We thought it would be fun to see how our signature pale ale recipe would work at a dialled up 8%! Double the alcohol, (more than) double the hops...this is DOUBLE BIER.
